Dear Editor,

UPDATE: A well-considered discussion of "what is a wasted vote?" was distributed among neighborhood e-exchanges yesterday. The challenge in the discussion is voting for candidate simply to be part of the winning campaign versus voting against a candidate simply because voters wish to register their discontent; is either a valued use of the privilege of voting?

What values do your readers use in casting their votes?

Don't miss out on the discussion!
