Police arrest caretaker for the elderly suspected of defrauding her clients

Walnut Creek police arrested a caretaker for the elderly on Saturday who they suspect has been defrauding her clients, police said. Employees at the Target at 1871 N. Main St. contacted police at around 1 p.m. when two women tried to make a purchase that seemed suspicious.
