Deputy requests jury trial on misdemeanor charges

An Alameda County Sheriff's deputy is asking for a jury to decide a misdemeanor case against him for forwarding confidential information to a San Ramon attorney. Deputy Ryan Silcocks was charged with three misdemeanors.

Awe look at COVER UP (Brain Lancaster) linking his lawsuit in his comments. Just say it's you Brian, why "hide". It's obvious who it is....

Also, it's probably taking them awhile to file through all of Brians false declarations and self incriminating confessions. He says one thing in one declaration then something totally different in another (easy to see with all the web linking of docs he keeps posting).
