Blackhawk debates parking restriction

The ongoing discussion over raising fines for parking violations near the East Gate of Blackhawk brought a number of residents out to debate the issue at their most recent Homeowners Association meeting.

Jesus Christ. These HOAs just have to go away! What a joke that unqualified amatuer volunteers can "fine" other residents. Several states have called this an unconstitutional delegation of police or judicial powers....People under 50 are learning to 'just say no' to these parodys of American.
