Mr. Miller is only dreaming with you money. Keep your eyes on the $8.3 million dollars, if you can.
Most of this money will end up in the hands of R&D programs and produce NOTHING. Yes, I said NOTHING and if you really think it will, there's a real big red bridge out there selling for $5.00 go try and buy it.
This is all BS and when we the people wake up and realize it, the better we will be...Folks pull your head out of the sand. This is the same BS about all those solar panels in Danville and brain washing our children to think the SUN will save and electrify us...think again.
Keep your eyes on the Miller money and your eyes on the solar panels, both will produce nothing and will disappear within 12 to 18 months and leave nothing behind to show it.
Oh, I know there are many out there that think this is outrageous thinking...if you have the time and the guts...just follow the money and the future of the wasted solar panels...
Outrageous Thinking...oh no, it's Reality Thinking
No argument here!!
WTH is Martinez going to do with $150,800.00???
Nah, it's not funny, and we're in for ANOTHER 3.7 YEARS of this nonsense. Disgusting.
Other than laugh, though, we can only do our best to get rid of Boxer and Feinstein.
It would be prudent to provide the scope of technologies and the major companies that are creating such energy-efficient, non-fossil fuel products in our greater bay area. PG&E, BP, Intel, Chevron, Applied Materials and many more are major companies providing real product technology now to create renewable energy as a major source of power provide by utilities and energy companies to our homes.
Solar PV, Solar CSP, Wind, and more are real products for utility, residential and commercial installation. For those interested in studying the product availability and technology potential, a review of PG&E, Semi.org, and more is available.
I am deeply involved in that reality and real products/services, so ask, email@example.com, and I will provide the study references.

CIRCA Development Services
Checked all over the web, could not find 'CIRCA Development Services.'
Please provide web site address?
Dear Dolores and Dawn,
CIRCA/ds is a privately-held organization started in Menlo Park CA in 1980. It's primary business location is Asia with associate members offices in Hong Kong, Singapore and Shanghai. It is not a USAmerican company and each USAmerican is an independent associate as an independent contract-services provider to principals, clients and contract employers.
All activities are covered by non-disclosure agreements and, as a result, there is no website. To access CIRCA/ds, please write to firstname.lastname@example.org and a confidential "about us" will be provided.
One key point, by policy, CIRCA/ds members do not do business in any form in Contra Costa County. All support in Contra Costa County is provided as a courtesy.
Hal Bailey, CIRCA/ds
Not to worry, it will soon "Dawn" on you...
The reality is what is the status of Solar PV and other non-fossil fuel sources of energy. There are many sites including major financial sites such as Reuters that will start consideration among our neighbors outside of such technology and product mainstreams.
Start with: Web Link
But in our region, readers should access PG&E and Chevron to get a more immediate view of the reality of non-fossil fuel energy. Let's not let our neighbors consider oil, natural gas and coal the reality of our energy capability.
Dolores, do your homework and many in our region will help you be expert.
Hal, as a community courtesy
