You are what you eat, as the saying goes, so luckily you live in a place where nutritious food is as close as your neighborhood grocery store.

Always look at country of origin and avoid/boycott all foods from third world dirty countries. This includes Mexico where you can bet on getting sick from a mere visit. China has no standards and breaks any others impose. Organic from other countries are sprayed at the incoming docks rendering them no longer "organic".
