This is such a cool "lottery" story; always nice when big prizes go to folks in need. Of course, there are so many folks in need right now it's hard to make a wrong choice in that regard...

If they pass on the home will it get raffled off again, I wonder? Would be interesting to see the raffle continue indefinitely...I've been seeing a bunch of other $150 house raffles in the bay area, too, actually (just read a story this morning about a "dream house" in SF: Web Link). Your chances of winning are probably better than attempting financing in this market (ha!).
