SRVUSD superintendent passes on 12k raise

Original post made on May 2, 2011

Superintendent Steven Enoch didn't have to turn down a 5 percent raise; it was in his contract, and he'd met the performance requirements to have earned it. Mr. Enoch appears to be a man of integrity. He did it "because it was the right thing to do". Wow! Imagine if our entire town felt that way. How about our entire nation? Congratulations, Mr. Enoch.

A nice gesture but it's not going to solve anything until they control the rich pension and benefit plans that everyone receives…

What a smokescreen for a dude that imparts fear into his subordinates.

JR is right, he's the biggest bully in the district. Micromanages people till they quit! We've lost some great people because of him. The best cost savings he could give to the district would be to quit!

Who is this "everyone" of which you speak?

Wow, I feel so reassured that our srvusd is so professional ;>( Airing your dirty laundry does not impart trust on the part of the community. Deal with the infighting privately.
