Walnut Creek man set to enter plea for counterfeit receipt scam

The man accused of counterfeiting receipts from Coin redemption machines in Danville and Walnut Creek is set to enter a plea July 14 on nine felony charges. Matt Harris, 30, of Walnut Creek, was arrested on a Danville Police Department warrant on June 2, in Solano County.

Those "rifles and shotguns" are practically antique and belonged to his father. Why do you say it so that people paint false image in thier minds.

What is a convicted felon doing with rifles and shotguns when he's expressly forbidden to have them, no matter who "owns" them?

Good point. But reguardless he is a nice person with a good heart. Why instatutionalize someone like that. Y not send him to a rehab and try helping.
