Dear 4,200 naive Danville petition signers...If you really think you are going to change anything....you better think again. You folks continue to make me laugh...You had your day in court by just simply voting the crooks out...but oh no...you all feel you know it all. So now you want to close the barn door after the wild crazy town horses got away. You folks will never learn.
Mark my word...Those loyal screw ups in the City Council will find a way to bypass your petition demands...
Thank God Alamo is not a City. We only have to deal with the County folks.
Thanks for reading and listening to my opinion...Julia Pardini

@Julia:A lot of effort was put in to making the initiative airtight. If it passes in Danville,I think we will prove you wrong about your predictions. Please wish us luck.

Some of us knew and didn't vote for this bunch. The fact that they do so much of their "work" outside of the public's view is part of the problem and I hope efforts such as SOS-Danville open the electorate's eyes to who the town council is currently working for..and it isn't us.
Also, try not to act so smug as the next zoning issue could be near you. I live in Diablo (unincorporated Contra Costa, like you) and it doesn't prevent the Town to make a mess of the Diablo/Blackhawk Rd corridor and significantly impact our community. With the county government far away in Martinez, deep pocketed developers could have there way with your community too...
In closing as one of my Danville neighbors who opposes the town council's approach said, there is always the next election!
