Two dirty DUI victims testify at trial of arresting officer

Two victims of so-called "dirty DUI" arrests testified at the trial of the arresting officer in federal court in San Francisco Tuesday that they were plied with wine at a Danville bar on the night of the incidents.

While the corruption among our law enforcement officials is really scary, I'd like to point out that unless the wine was poured forcibly down their throats, they are still responsible for their actions. If you over-indulged, please call a cab! Just because someone else orders lots of alcohol (and I assume pays for it), you do not need to either: a)drink it, or b)drive home. Alcohol impairs judgement. Here's your proof.

@>Never Drink and Drive. Your deflection from what was actually going on during this incident is comical at best. All of theses cops were DIRTY. Welsh, Butler (Former Antioch cop) and Tanabe are the public's worst nightmare. They give good cops a bad name. The intent to do harm to Katz and Aksu is evident in the testimony given by witnesses.

You sound like a defense lawyer for these crooked cops. But if you really want to break it down to simple logic my friend, just consider that at most, the victims in this case committed a misdemeanor. These crooked cops committed a felonies.
