No surprise that comments aren't being properly documented. Danville's government does the same thing. Public comments are barely mentioned, usually just as "etc." Why do they do that? Because they don't want there to be a record of negative criticism that is easily accessible.

This must change and the only way that will happen is when "we the paople" demand all public meetings be to recorded.

San Ramon meetings are recorded and can be viewed on cable TV or on their website.
