We have foreseen this drought for many years. We have long ago taken out all lawns; installed drought resisted plants, water with drip;
all of this reduced our water consumption drastically as well as reduced water bill.

Do we get penalized for taking these actions many years ago and not able to reduce anymore??????

When they start enforcing the illegals that hang out st Home Depot--and use OUR water--then we can have a conversation. About whAt I should do to "conserve." And if 12-30 million illegals are legitimized---then there wasn't a resource issue in The first place.

Last time we conserved, we got rewarded with a fee increase. We conserved too well.
