Why isn't there any mention of the wives who hired these scumbags who set up their husbands 4 dirty DUI's? What kind of punishment do they get? Why are they not held accountable, or have they?

"Justice" raises a good question, above. Without knowing all of the details, it is probably a worthwhile trade-off to give Butler another 1-year reduction of sentence (from 8 to 7 years), in order to extend his cooperation on additional cases.

In the civil proceedings that are being brought by three of the men caught up in drunk-driving "stings", I would think that the people who hired the perpetrators would also be part of the civil suit (and that this would presumably include the wives, or ex-wives, as the case may be).

I emailed the times about the wives & why not punishment? I did get a reply.. It said that technically the wives didn't do anything illegal but they are being sued in civil court by husbands..
