A Contra Costa County judge has postponed the hearing of a Danville teen accused of rape to consider his plea deal, after comments from the teen's alleged victim. Sam Nesis, a San Ramon Valley High grad, allegedly raped a 14-year-old girl in his van this February. "The plea agreement was oral copulation with an intoxicated person. It would have been three years in state prison and lifetime registration as a sex offender," said Deputy District Attorney Derek Butts.
