When redistricting was taking place just a few short months ago, Supervisor Piepho vehemently defended her dual office locations and the desire to keep San Ramon/Danville and Walnut Creek in play.
Piepho voted against Antioch and Oakley in her District.
She was quoted saying that San Ramon and Walnut Creek
were her " Peeps".
"Those are my peeps. I've been honored to represent them. I've worked with them on issues for seven years," Piepho said.
Today she sings a different tune playing on her father’s name as usual.
Her sales pitch about the history and family connection to Antioch, including her father’s legacy with the Antioch (Nejedly) bridge makes the entire event disingenuous at best.
Now she is somehow honored to have Antioch, Oakley and Bethel Island added into in her district.
Is that really the case or do we just want to protect our political job ?
