TVU case may mean tougher scrutiny of schools for immigrants

The investigation into an illegal school in Pleasanton may lead to sweeping changes and closer looks at schools that bring immigrants into the country. Susan Xiao-Ping Su, the founder and president of Tri-Valley University, was charged in 2011 with setting up a bogus college, and bringing students and their spouses to Pleasanton on illegal visas.

MY 85 YEAR OLD MOTHER IS SCRUTANIZED BEFORE SHE CAN GET ON A PLANE, BUT HOMELAND SECURITY LETS A BOGUS SCHOOL BEING ILLEAGLS INTO THE COUNTRT. GO FIGURE!

Hope they throw the book at her and DEPORT the ILLEGALS---so surprised Feinstein is actually doing something to support our constitution.

Yes; it sure is interesting as Sara said; who they really put thru the mill, at airports. We were really checked out throughly; but not the folks that wore turbans or burkas. Are they afraid to investigate them; for fear of profiling, or relatives.
