Margaret Lesher was a well known person in Walnut Creek because of her high profile marriage to the owner of the CC Times. She had an outgoing personality and was a beautiful woman who dressed with a certain flair and taste for the flamboyant. She came from a poor background and was basically a small town girl. People like her don't come around often. Her untimely death and the strange cirucumstances surrounding it make it hard to accept, but it has been a long time and time should heal the sadness for her friends and family.
