Yes Tanya is correct. She has the guts to say it out loud.

But I would go 2 more steps...Terminate 100% of the BART System...Managers and most of all the BART Board...Get rid of everyone and start over.

The rotten apples are rotting everything and everyone.

Close down BART for 7 days and put the signs out "HELP WANTED"...Print up a working agreement and hand it to every person looking to get hired.

This must come from the Governor. He must appoint a committee of at least 7 independent people the restructure the entire BART operating system.

ALL OF THEM MUST GO...IF THEY WANT BACK THEY COME UNDER "NEW RULES"

Thank for listening, Julia Pardini from Alamo.

And yes I will be first in line to file a application to be hired.

News report just showed a really pathetic, scary, motly crew of union workers hovering around the microphone. I didn't see a single one of the droolers, that could be worth the $100k packages they receive. The system is failing us, the taxpayers and riders. It is so wrong that the public should be held hostage by this scux.
