35 mph limit 'not enforced' on Livorna Road

One of the attractive features of living in the hills of Alamo is the rolling terrain. For some residents, that same terrain is causing distress as traffic flies up and down the roads creating a hazard for both pedestrians and motorists.

A stop sign would have the best chance for helping solve the issue.
People inherently obey stop signs. Obeying posted speed limits allows for a great "fudge factor", and soon 35 mph is 45 or 50 mph.

Seriously... There are NO major crossroads on that road... a stop sign would be stupid.. you people need to learn how to drive... that's why people over 50 should be required to take the DMV test every 3-5 years and people need to learn to merge by accelerating to the same speed as traffic... If you dont know how to drive then get off the road.
