District tops NorCal in 'Distinguished' schools

Ten of the 18 Distinguished Schools selected in Contra Costa County belong to the San Ramon Valley Unified School District. Since the program's inception, schools in the SRVUSD have received Distinguished School honors 60 times, more than any other school district in Northern California.

Didn't Arata say our schools aren't doing as well as we think and we should vote No on C? I'm confused by his "facts."
