Overlapping elections cause ballot headache

The ballot for the measures 1a-1f came way before the voter information booklet.

I will bet that many people voted without having a chance to read the booklet.

At least the measure C ballot had some info in the envelope.

The booklet for measures 1a-1f comes from the state not the county office who mailed you the ballot.
