Culture to Culture volunteer awards program is still taking nominations


Culture to Culture Foundation will recognize current senior volunteers (55 and older) who have volunteered within Contra Costa County. Nominations should describe the volunteer activities in 500 words or less and must include the information as follows: nominee's age, email address, telephone number, contact information of three references, nature of the nomination in terms of the length, hours, its significance and impact. Each senior must be nominated by another individual and that nominator can submit only one senior. Nominations should also submit their contact information, including a phone number. Winners will receive $250. To nominate someone, e-mail senioraward2011@culturetoculture.org. Deadline is Sept. 1.

Culture to Culture is being investigated in the Walter Ng bankruptcy investigation. ABC's I Team with Dan Noyes is investigating the many aspects of the case. Culture to Culture is named as one of the Exhibits in the trial. FYI Public knowledge on record Case: 11-45175 Doc# 122
