Danville reschedules Morning with Mayor

Scheduling conflict bumps Friday's presentation to next month

Danville's upcoming Morning with the Mayor presentation, originally set for this Friday, has been postponed because of a scheduling conflict, town officials announced.

The quarterly event, featuring Mayor Mike Doyle meeting with residents to discuss town happenings, is now scheduled for Sept. 18 from 7:30-8:30 a.m. at the Veterans Memorial Building on Hartz Avenue.

The discussion will include updates on summer construction activities as well as arts and recreation programs, officials said. Town staff and other community leaders are typically on-hand for the free public presentations.
