Who puts their "non-verbal" 8 year old autistic child on a scooter and lets them out of their sight? How much did 2 hours' of searching cost the taxpayers?

Did he scooter to Pleasanton or was there some sort of foul play involved?

Where was he found? At a relatives home, at a store, or out on the streets?

Very odd way to end the report.

At least they found him.
