Monday, April 4

* Battery at 1:43 p.m. in the 100 block of Montair Drive

* Auto burglary at 10:34 p.m. in the 300 block of Diablo Road

Tuesday, April 5

* Auto burglary at 12:21 p.m. in the 300 block of Princeton Lane

* Petty theft at 4:05 p.m. in the 1200 block of Culet Ranch Road

Wednesday, April 6

* Identity theft at 1:16 p.m. in the 30 block of Hightree Court

* Identity theft at 7:31 p.m. in the 100 block of Tivoli Lane

Thursday, April 7

* Arrest for possession of marijuana at 12:07 a.m. in the 80 block of Railroad Avenue

* Identity theft at 11:31 a.m. in the 1000 block of Lehigh Valley Circle

* Identity theft at 12:58 p.m. in the 30 block of Hightree Court

* Identity theft at 3:02 p.m. in the 200 block of Jasmine Way

* DUI arrest at 10:07 p.m. at Trader Joe's

Friday, April 8

* Commercial burglary at 5:24 a.m. in the 100 block of Town and Country Drive

* Arrest for obstruction of justice at 4:33 p.m. in the 800 block of La Gonda Way

Saturday, April 9

* Identity theft at 12:55 p.m. in the 300 block of Inman Court

* Criminal threats arrest at 3:08 p.m. at Safeway
