* Battery at 8:54 p.m. in the 100 block of Summerside Circle

Monday, Oct. 24

* Unauthorized possession arrest at 3:59 a.m. at the intersection of El Pintado Road and I-680

* Petty theft from building at 10:10 a.m. in the 10 block of Hilferd Way

* Identity theft at 6:51 p.m. in the 100 block of Edinburgh Circle

* Commercial burglary at 7:42 p.m. at CVS

* Hit-and-run misdemeanor at 5:30 a.m. in the 100 block of Cameo Drive
