Abigail Place development set for grand-opening in Danville

New neighborhood off Old Blackhawk Road features 17 single-family homes

Landsea Homes announced that its newest neighborhood development in Danville, dubbed Abigail Place, will be officially unveiled to the public during a grand-opening event Saturday.

Located near Old Blackhawk Road and Camino Tassajara at 101 Julia Loop, Abigail Place offers 17 single-family homes priced from the high $1.7 millions.

Prospective home buyers and curious residents alike are invited to drop by on Saturday to check out the homes found in the new community, which contain three to five bedrooms and range in size from approximately 2,954-3,443 square feet.

“Abigail Place provides new home buyers with a superior quality of life that includes its small-town charm, historic downtown, top schools, and an abundance of open space for scenic recreation,” Josh Santos, Northern California Division president at Landsea Homes, said in a statement. “Danville exemplifies community and home buyers will appreciate our high-performance homes that provide the best in modern living.”

Approved by the Danville Town Council in February 2018, Abigail Place is located on approximately three acres within walking distance of Blackhawk Plaza.
