Police arrested a pair of teenagers in connection with the Christmas Eve robbery of a 15-year-old Danville resident, according to Danville Police Chief Steve Simpkins.

At 10:15 p.m. on Dec. 24, the teen was on Meese Court when the suspects pulled up to him in a white Ford pick-up truck. The teen believed the suspects were friends of his and entered the vehicle, said Det. Allan Shields. One of the suspects then pulled out a small pistol and robbed the victim of his wallet, ID and cell phone.

The victim was then allowed to exit the vehicle, the gunman got in and the pair drove off. Police are not releasing whether the three teens knew each other, though Shields said the suspects are cousins.

Police arrested San Ramon resident Ibraham D’Bouk, 18, on Dec. 28. D’Bouk was charged with robbery, booked in county jail and released on $50,000 bail. The gunman, a 16-year-old Castro Valley resident, was arrested on Jan. 4 and has been charged with robbery with a gun enhancement. He is still in custody in juvenile hall on a $50,000 bond.

  1. Another sad report of crime in crime ridden Danvile….Gun Enhancement at 16 yrs old – we’ve seen the videos encouraging this behavior, but they tell us the artists are not trying to encite young people to act this way – can’t have it both ways???!!!

  2. THE TEEN KNEW THE SUSPECTS, HE DIRECTED THE ACCUSED TO HIS HOUSE FOR A SMALL DRUG TRANSACTION,AND HE LEFT THE SCALE,AND HIS MARIJUANA IN THE TRUCK, HIS FINGER PRINTS ARE ALL OVER THE SCALE AND HIS BACK PACK.AS A MATTER OF FACT THE TEEN IS WILL KOWN TO SAN RAMON KIDS AT SKATE PARK BY HIS DRUGS TRANSACTIONS,HIS NECK NAME IS (DRUGEE).

  3. Where does it state that the victim was a drug dealer???? Or anything about a scale or backpack? If there is a new article that mentions this please post for others to read.
