Huge sale to help drug-free teen advocates

Community Against Substance Abuse and the teens from the Community Advisory Board are holding a rummage/estate sale from 8 a.m.-2 p.m. tomorrow, Aug. 9, at Iron Horse Middle School, 12601 Alcosta Blvd. in San Ramon. All proceeds will go to help the teens.

CASA has been a part of the community for 25 years. From CASA, the Community Advisory Board (CAB) was made up of high school teens who believe in spreading the drug free message as part of the international Youth 2 Youth program. The teen group recently lost its funding, so its members are working with CASA to put on the sale. They have been collecting quality items from friends, family and neighbors to help put on this event.
