Pack 815 retires flag

The Cub Scouts of Pack 815 Greenbrook Elementary retired the U.S. Flag at an open campfire held at the Lafayette Diocese Retreat Center. The ceremony honoring our American Heritage was led by Steve Miller, Pack 815 Training Leader/Assistant Cubmaster, who was assisted by the Boy Scouts from Troop 815 at Charlotte Wood Middle School.

Cub Scouting begins at the age of 7 or first grade and continues through the fifth grade. Scouts enjoy many fun activities including camping, hiking, building cars, learning and performing skits and much, much more. Through the 12 core values of Cub Scouts, they learn respect, courage, compassion, resourcefulness and responsibility while having fun with friends and family.
