Bay Area artists are invited to create new works at the Tao House in Danville, the 11-acre former estate of the legendary American playwright Eugene O'Neill. Artists may select any or all of the dates scheduled for the program: Thursday, May 7 through Sunday, May 10. Each day begins at 8:45 a.m., when artists will assemble at the Museum of the San Ramon Valley, 205 Railroad Ave., to be shuttled to the estate. The program will end at 2:45 p.m. each day.
Reservations are required; contact 820-1818; firstname.lastname@example.org. Fee is $5 per day. More information can be found at www.eugeneoneill.org.
The artists' program, now in its 11th year, is produced by the Eugene O'Neill Foundation in partnership with the National Park Service, which manages Tao House as a National Historic Site.
