On a new path

Amy Borovsky's face is a mask of concentration as she hefts two 55-pound dumbbells and walks with them, step by step, around the confines of the Fitness Together training studio. Her breathing is a long slow steady inhale, followed by an explosive exhale.

I trained with Greg Thurston for 18 years, three times a week! He kept me lean and mean! Working out with Greg at Mobile Fitness has left me with a life long commitment to exercise and good health. He really knows his weights and nutrition. He's so tough you gotta love him!

Greg is my brother and I have watched him through-out his fitness life being committed to a better way of life through health. I also know Amy and she is a determined, hard headed individual that you can't help admiring for her drive and accomplishment with her weight but most of all her health. She has told me several times that Greg has saved her life. I believe Amy will make her personal goal without doubt. As far as my brother Greg, he will live his life making clients work hard and push them further than they thought they could go. Amy, Go girl.....

I met Greg at our BNI networking group. He got me in for a tour of his place and did a little workout with me. I joined right away and brought my wife with me. In 12 weeks I lost 30lbs, and started to see the six pack abs I have never had. My friends and family all praise how healthy I now look. Greg is passionate about healthy eating and exercise. He tells you what is happening in your body to where it makes sense. Now I have total control of my eating and exercise. Greg is a great friend, and he can change lives. Go see him if you want a better body, a better eating plan, and a happier life.
