Celebration of Life for Elena scheduled for Friday

A Celebration of Life for Elena Cadet will be held at 2 p.m., Friday, Nov. 27, at Diablo Country Club. The 18-year-old Monte Vista graduate was killed Saturday in a car accident in Riverside.
