Marking the "right" ethnicity" box gives an affirmative action edge. UC Irvine has med program that accepts future "doctors" not Asian or white of course--- with 20% on MCAT! Then one from said Irvine program we know goes to Harvard for a public health masters which consists of luncheon speakers and social dances for a yr!!! Then she goes back to Irvine to take more watered down coursework ((time to party every weekend) to continue the MD course! She gets to take boards in tiny tutored segments to cinch passage then will be turned loose on an unsuspecting public. No thanks.
