Davidon Homes gets go-ahead from town council

On Tuesday night, the Danville Town Council unanimously approved preliminary development plans Davidon Homes, which rezoned a 15-acre site at 333 Hill Road from a single-family residential district to a planned unit development district.

Jessica- and let me preface this by saying I mean no sarcasm (surprising for me, I know) and have no rhetorical intent:
Can you please give us an article, even if it's from ten years back, where our town council has NOT approved a project? You know, a construction site so inappropriate (pot clubs don't count) that it just would not fly? I put the challenge to you. And I am betting that you cannot do it.
