Cody Hall deemed 'potential threat to human life,' remains held without bail

The young driver charged with murder for running down and killing a bicyclist in the Tri-Valley will remain in jail without bond after a judge ruled Thursday that the teen posed "a potential threat to human life."

The SOB should be incarcerated for 10 to 15 years...

He has and attitude...let him see how far that attitude gets him the State prison system.

This is a shame for the families involved. May Justice be served.

I was just on Diablo Rd, and was very rudely flipped off by two girls in a medium blue Ford Escape, CA License 6UYW876, very attractive young ladies turning right from the street from the library. If you know who they are, please ask the driver to review lane changes and right turns onto two lane streets.

They could be victims of bad driving, too.
