This project will ruin our beautiful hills, and their is absolutely no need for more homes in San Ramon. We are already overdeveloped in this city and the last thing we need is another new project.

I think we should be open and inclusive .. everyone needs a safe, clean, well heeled city to call home.

Peace to all.

Be careful residents of San Ramon. Your Council drinks from the same cup as the developer "BOBBLE HEADS" of Danville !

April, good point ! Even the little people outside the tightly closed gates of the City of Blachawk deserve a place to long as it's outside YOUR GATES. If you believe in open and inclusive Cities swing open your gates ....... and embrace the common folk of the City of REALITY ,

It's about the numbers of some 700+ housing units...It ISN'T just about development of this environmentally sensitive and key roadway connecting San Ramon and Danville. The traffic will be horrendous no matter how they attempt to mitigate it. The water needed to provide for this huge project will be unfathomable and definitely put San Ramon more frequently in "drought" restrictions. Emergency services will no doubt be doubly impacted (-and they are currently already having difficulty just servicing the Dougherty valley developments...)

This is one time I have to say, I think this is a HUGE mistake in allowance due to the size and sizable NEEDS required.

I'm so disappointed...

You do realize that that this project is already entitled and is already in the two most recent city general plans? The current discussion is about details of the project - not if the project will be approved.
