Local pastor arrested on sex, animal cruelty charges

A San Ramon pastor has been arrested on charges involving two teenage girls, one of whom police allege he had a sexual relationship with. Hyo Bin Im, 33, was arrested Jan. 29 and charged on Tuesday with unlawful sexual intercourse, animal cruelty and child concealment, according to the Contra Costa District Attorney's Office. He was later released on $180,000 bail.

Please prosecute to the fullest extent and then deport him asap.

I didn't see anything in the article that indicated he's not an American citizen.
