Deceased Contra Costa inmate identified as Alamo man

An inmate found dead in a cell at Contra Costa County Jail in Martinez on Thursday has been identified as David Bremer, 24, of Alamo.

RIP David.. Can't believe another good, old friend is gone. Me (Jaclyn) and Ty will always love & miss u. We'll always remember the good days of kickin it in middle school & high school & havin hella fun. You'll be missed & always be in our hearts..

I was heartbroken to hear of your passing and am keeping your dear family in my thoughts and prayers. Stephen is so sad and wishes so much that he could turn back time and share so many good time again.
