Contra Costa County seeks poll workers

Contra Costa County is looking for poll workers for Danville, San Ramon and other county polling places in advance of next Tuesday's primary election.

We all know it is your right to vote. Thank you in advance for doing that. You can also help voters by becoming a poll worker. As a somewhat seasoned veteran, I can say that it is always interesting, and fun to meet and greet people. Plus you earn $125 for your day's labor! To quote a long-ago commercial, "Try it--you'll like it!" See you at the polls (I'll be at Walt Disney School this election).
