I'm pretty sure I would likely agree with them, but it would be helpful to have the range to assist with perspective.

I just checked, and I don't see a rating system explanation either. I think that would be helpful.

Well, Laura Here I guess it's just you and me that find this confusing! Thanks for your response. I think I'll stick with Rotten Tomatoes where the scale is identified and obvious.
