I agree with Resident. The Discovery Program outreach program is in the elementary schools, and I hope, middle schools. It is a fine resource, and there are also many qualified mental helath professionals who work with kids in the area as well. If he is not already receiving needed services, I hope his parents (or a parent) will advocate for this boy so his needs are met.
