Deeply Saddened by Teacher Movements at Bollinger Elementary

I am incredibly saddened by the teacher movements that are going on at Bollinger Elementary. My daughter thrived this year in her Kindergarten teacher's classroom and I just learned that she will not be teaching the subject that she has taught for years (I'm not sure how long, but she has taught it since my 7th grader was in Kindergarten).
I'm not sure why the principal made the decision (in all honesty, I'm not sure why the principal makes many of the decisions that she does), but I'm frustrated. Why transfer an excellent teacher who goes above and beyond for our children? Why punish someone who dedicates numerous hours to show up at most of the school events? Why mix up a Kindergarten team who works well together?
It doesn't make any sense.
