Money Magazine ranks San Ramon among 'Best Places to Live' in U.S.

San Ramon was the top ranked Northern California city and No. 21 in the nation overall in Money Magazine's "Best Places to Live 2016" countdown released this week.

Shout out to the excellent and responsive police and fire departments that make San Ramon o very safe place to live!!

Yes, San Ramon is great but I don't know where they got the 30 mins for traffic ?
We are all suffering the dreadful traffic congestion, no exceptions. Right now they don't actually have a town center but it will be the icing on the cake once it's built.

I am still reeling at the big government mentality of the San Ramon leaders. They tear down very active basketball courts and skate park to build a granite monument called city hall. Why does San Ramon city hall have to be placed on a parcel that was so beneficial to so many San Ramon residents. City Hall could have been built in an area that would not have interrupted this activity.

Have you stopped by the recently refurbished skate park that opened in May? The kids love it.

The city is building two new lighted courts for the community. Construction should start next year.
