Wishing him a speedy recovery. Hopefully our liberal justice system will give them more than a slap on the wrist. They should be charged with attempted murder, but this is CA.

Agree 100% with Torcher. In addition to a long stiff sentence for all involved, the victim ought to bring a civil lawsuit against all participants for the maximum allowable under the law. Do not let these sleaze balls slide. This wasn't a simple youthful mistake on behalf of the perps, the perps simply have shown that they have mayor character flaws.

Typo: should have read:they have major character flaws, not mayor character flaws. (Wonder if that was a kind of Freudian slip, after dealing with the local politics etc. maybe it is.)

I agree with the two previous posts. I view this as a case of punks and thugs who think they can disrespect people and property without consequences.

its very sad situation for Jordan. It's also very unsettling that the victim is not telling the whole story. If he wouldn't have grabbed the female that was there none of this would have happened. As for the three males that stepped in this was very wrong.

To Untruthful,

Is it really that unsettling to you? Really? You actually posted that? Maybe the woman was grabbed, if so, that is wrong. I don't know what is more unsettling, the fact that a man was nearly murdered by young thugs or the fact that you think this is sad for Jordan. Wow, just blown away completely.

It is not sad for Jordan, a known troublemaker, or any of the others. What gives these kids the right to cause a disturbance in a residential neighborhood in the middle of the night in the first place? All four have been in trouble with the law repeatedly. Blaming the victim is ridiculous. If these kids any any respect or consideration for others they wouldn't have needed to be confronted in the first place. Bottom line.

What is sad is when a young person or people have everything in front of them yet choose to be destructive. That alone is sad but when they bring their destructuon to others then I have no mercy. Prosecute to the fullest extent of the law.

You obviously do not know the truth. Which is fine. Media jacks things up. You also do not know how the victim came out. FYI the police should have been called. If your daughter was grabbed and screamed at and sworn at by a 23 rear old man I wonder what you would do. Done Sharing.

Here's a novel idea, when a homeowner asks you to keep it down outside his home late at night, don't bait him into a fight where you area so skilled you can easily choke him out. How about you act like respectable people and politely move on. Only jerks have no respect for others right to live peacefully in their own homes.

These thugs beat him to seconds of his life, while he was out cold.

Manibusan has a reputation for trying to bait people into fights.

Applying a choke hold in a 4 on one altercation seems like excessive use of force. The fact they beat him while unconscious proves it was a 4 on 1 situation. Why would there be malice towads a subdued threat? Doubt victim had ability to keep eyes on all. Odds are they were hunting in a pack.

A Jordan Manibusan's social media account shows street fight videos there. One's called superman punch. Picture on the account sure looks like the Manibusan from San Ramon. Culture of violence, is disgusting.

Untruthful, I wouldn't let my daughter be out in the middle of the night, causing chaos and disruption in a residential neighborhood accompanied by 6 teenaged boys. Two of the boys, and others who ran off admitted their part in this attack. No matter how the victim "came out" he did not deserve the beating he received by these repeat offenders.
