Someone should tell the idiots at EBMUD what reasonable water companies are doing.
EBMUD begs us to conserve, we comply then they charge us more because we didn't use enough water.
Now they plan to raise our rates 10% again in 2017 and 2018 to pay for their over paid eexecutives.
In 2014, there were 86 EBMUD employees earing more than $250,000.

...and now if they can just work on the 'hardness' issue of the water for a large swath of their customers......pretty please?

Hey Tomp,
That's really a great question. We recently moved out of CoCoCty,long enough to have paid 2 water bills: each of them were for 2 months, just as EBMUD does BUT each of those bills was LESS than $ average bill was almost 600 a month. AVERAGE........I have a pool same as in Alamo,my home is about 60% of my old one,my land is 3 times bigger here........
I can't tell you the arguments that I'd gotten into with EBMUD.They're one of the reasons we moved....
