What a surprise...Bart won't accept any blame.

They need to stop paying all their lazy ass employees so much money and either hire more police or invest in a better security system.

Remember, Bart was using fake security cameras for a long time. It was only after several incidents that they got those cameras up and running.

I guess if people stop riding Bart, they'll get the message.
Oh wait... then they'll claim poor mouth and make excuses to raise their fares.

The attorney for Bart is an idiot if he thinks they can hide behind a questionable law. They're a privately held company. They have not taken any steps to improve the situation despite numerous incidents of violence.
