Danville police arrest man accused of breaking into occupied home

A Walnut Creek man was arrested Wednesday morning after allegedly trying to burglarize an occupied home in northern Danville before being caught red-handed walking out of the house holding stolen items.

Doesn't surprise me he was a repeat offender. Liberal judges in California and your Moonbeam Governor don't want to lock anybody up in jail under so called social justice compassion. Well it's not working! It's us good citizens they're being victimized now! It was just reported on the news this morning how some teens that were stealing cars were released to the custody of parents, only to steel another car the next day. This needs to same folks! Republicans at the state level are trying to tighten things up what are continually stock down by the Democrats she seem to want these criminals to be running around all over the place. Maybe it's because they get their votes.

I know that lock 'em up sounds good, but who's paying to lock them up and do you really believe that prison is going to help this guy? (see the link below for his record) Lock 'em up is a reaction to a problem and doesn't actually try to solve the problem. Toss an addict in prison and they'll be a gang in there that can feed his habit in return for some favors once he gets out.
