Continuation school consolidation.
I feel this would be benificial not only to our district budget, but also a newer school with more possible options for the students. I pass by the Del Amigo location almost daily thinking how abandoned and forgotten the school looks like. Students can not take pride and feel positive attending such a place.
In consideration of these students parents now forced to drive out to Dougherty, saving 1.2 mil, very worth offering a bus system to ease frustration.

I'm glad the school district is looking at how they can save money and agree with their decision except for having the program at Dougherty Valley HS. I personally don't think many of the students and families at that school are open to helping students who struggle. AP is the only way for many Dougherty Valley families.
